Request deletion of your data.
You may request deletion of personal data associated with a PulseHarbor product or account. Send an email with enough information for us to identify the relevant product, account, and request.

What to include
Provide only the details needed to identify the request.
- The name of the PulseHarbor product.
- The account email, user ID, or other account identifier, if applicable.
- A clear statement that you are requesting data deletion.
- Any context needed to locate the relevant data.
Email support@pulse-harbour.com using “Data Deletion Request” as the subject.
We may ask for additional information when reasonably necessary to confirm identity or account ownership.
We will review valid requests and respond within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
Important notes
Deletion may not be immediate where information is retained in backups, required for security or fraud prevention, needed to complete transactions, or subject to a legal retention obligation. When a request cannot be completed in full, we will explain the reason where appropriate.
Deleting data may affect access to a product or make it impossible to restore an account, history, or settings. If a product provides an in-app deletion option, you may use that option instead.
